1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Thundera Group service ("Services"), including thundera.eu and all subdomains (susurrate.thundera.eu, eam.thundera.eu, photomemory.thundera.eu, and others), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create a Thundera account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Use automated means to access the Services without our permission
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Thundera Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Third-Party Authentication

When you sign in using third-party providers (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, GitHub), you also agree to their respective terms of service. We only access the minimum information necessary (name, email, profile picture) to create and maintain your Thundera account.

7. Organization Accounts

If you create or join an organization on Thundera, the organization administrator may have additional control over your account, including the ability to manage access, enforce security policies (such as SSO and MFA), and view usage data within the organization context.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thundera Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
